Why support products on Kickstarter?
Kickstarter allows companies to raise the necessary funds to start producing original designs on their own. Original items are given away during the campaigns to thank the backers, as well as having the product earlier and at a discounted price compared to retailers.
I am interested in one of your products, but the Kickstarter campaign is already over; what can I do?
At the end of the campaign, it is possible to pre-order the product on the order management platform linked to the project page or the website’s product page. Once the pre-production phase has started, it will not be possible to make new pre-orders until the backers are fulfilled. Subsequently, the remaining stock in the warehouse will be available for purchase.
How can I find out the progress of my order?
Gamestart provides monthly updates on the production and shipping status of projects not yet fulfilled. We recommend that you follow the news on our homepage or go to the product pages. Updates are also posted on the Kickstarter pages of the projects.
I changed my address, and I need to update Gamestart; what can I do?
There are two ways to send us an update: the first is to change your shipping address through the platform used to complete the order after the Kickstarter. The second is to send us an email with the new address and the change request.
I need to request a refund, is it possible?
We can repay within eight days of the end of the campaign, including taxes.
If we started packing for shipping (usually 3 to 5 weeks before the actual shipping date), no refund is possible.
